Orders:
Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Whether your order is received by phone, fax or email, it will be processed promptly. Orders received after business hours are processed in the order they are received. No orders are shipped without your first confirming your shipping or delivery arrangements. All wines must be paid for in full prior to shipment.
Delivery:
Delivery is available throughout California and to many states. If you live outside California, please ask us if we can ship to your state.
Please note: Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old, and all deliveries must be signed for and proof of age provided. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. Delivery charges are billed at the time of shipment and business addresses are always preferred All wines are shipped in protective shipping container. All order are covered for the first $100 of value additional insurance can be purchased at $1 for every $100 in value. Orders not insured will only be covered for the first $100 in value.
Storage:
We can store your wines over the summer or winter due to weather extremes, but would need to have them shipped when the weather turns favorable otherwise storage costs may occur.
