We were able to get a few more cases of this delicious olive oil, which is a staple for us at Envoyer for its smooth and elegant flavor. This is our 5th harvest working with the Vieux Telegraph olive oils, and it looks to be another great one. One of the most interesting olive oils that we've ever tasted. A Provencal twist on olive oil and one with such different nuance than its Italian brethren. High-toned, yet elegant with complex spicy nuances, that are so outrageously good in a full-bore terroir-driven signature. Different from the classic cracked pepper Tuscan character and bitterness. This is mild and silky with subtle nuances, and of course, it's done by one of Chateauneuf's old school legends in their high altitude terrain.
