Marc Hebrart's NV Blanc de Blancs remains one of the best buy grower champagnes on the market. A blend of back vintages and all Premier Cru fruit, it goes without saying the quality of this champagne far exceeds its price point. Marc Herbrat's vines are mostly located within the Valle de Marne, where he uses all sustainable farming practices. Succeeded by his son Jean-Paul after Marc retired in 1997, much remains the same, yet the quality of the production and range of their cuvees has been amplified. This a great everyday Champagne that also has the quality for celebration. Marc Hebrart's Blanc de Blancs has always been one of the standards for grower Champagne and like many of our offerings is available at the best price in the Country. These are the last bottles that we will be able to offer at this great pricing, so now is the time to stock up!
Tasting note by Antonio Galloni "The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is bright and finely cut, with tons of energy and acids driving citrus, mineral and floral notes. This is an especially nervy style. I would prefer to see a bit more mid palate and overall body, but the Blanc de Blancs is a very pretty wine nonetheless. White pepper and crushed rocks add to the wine's bright upper register. This release is based on 2016, with reserve wines from 2015 and 2014. Dosage is 8 grams per liter"
