Diebolt-Vallois has become a customer favorite and a favorite of ours. When we tasted at Diebolt Vallois, we were blown away by the quality of all the Champagnes. The Blanc de Blancs is sourced from vines in the Cote des Blancs and the Coteaux d'Epernay. The base vintage is 2016, with reserve wines added from 2015 and 2014 vintages. The Blanc de Blancs has a focused minerality from the chalk ladened soils the vines are grown on with incredible focus and clarity. This is a crisp Champagne, as some have noted on cellar tracker, which tends to be the style of Diebolt Vallois in its youth, but with age, they tend to round out, get more depth, and complexity. We typically have a lot of requests for great Champagnes in 375ml, so here is a beauty!
