Mover over Tempier! This is almost every bit as good and less than half the price at its current rate. We tried this and that was the first thing that came to mind. While Bandol is known for rose, this is one of the most serious bottles we have had in this range and remined us of the more structured style that Tempier has with a mineral spine, floral, light red fruits, white pepper and a depth on the palate that sets it apart while still remaining fresh with savory complexity. Over 50% of the vines here are 50+ years old and is part of why this is so good. A blend of 70% Mourvèdre 20% Grenache 10% Cinsault certified organic since 2013 and made using biodynamic principles. Something we could see aging a tiny bit but in its current state so refreshing, delicious and balanced
