A recent discovery just in the past few years, many probably remember the incredible 2008 deal a while back. Now its time for their next great vintage, 2012, but this time in magnum. An old, small family estate dating back to 1929. Their 12 hectares of vineyards are in the Marne valley in Crouttes-sur-Marne tended sustainably and with much effort to respect the land. The Brut Millesime is a 50-50 shot of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which is gorgeous in a vintage like '12. These Champagnes rarely get imported and are never seen in magnum and is a no brainer considering the quality of what's in the bottle.
