Neal Martin 95 Points!
(Domaine Arnoux-lachaux Latricières-chambertin Grand Cru Red) The 2013 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru is blossoming into a gorgeous wine. It has an attractive, pure and winsome bouquet with dark berry fruit, crushed stone and undergrowth aromas supremely well bound together by the oak. So precise and focused. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, edgy and precise with just the right amount of salinity towards the finish. Très Grand Cru. This evinces the finesse that winemaker Charles Lachaux has brought to the domaine. Tasted at the annual Arnoux-Lachaux tasting at Corney & Barrow.

Allen Meadows 93 Points!
(Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru Red) A brooding and reserved nose only grudgingly gives up its intensely floral array of red and dark currant aromas that enjoy added breadth in the form of green tea, earth and humus nuances. There is a driving minerality to the mouth coating and focused middle weight plus flavors that are ultra-vibrant, all wrapped in a wonderfully long, balanced and, like many of these 2013s, youthfully austere finish. This is not a big wine in the context of a Gevrey grand cru but it's balanced and classically styled. (Drink starting 2023)
