This is the new release Special Club Rose From Mousse et Fils; moving on from the 2014 to the 2015 vintage which sees a label change as well this year. Special Club Rose in general is very rare. We enjoy the Paul Bara Special Club Rose quite a bit, but there is a higher dosage that masks the minerality some. The 2015 Mousse Fils Special Club Rose that is 100% Pinot Meunier possesses the complete package. Wonderful aromas of red currant, blood orange, minerals, vanilla. There is great cut on the palate, impeccable balance, tons of dry extract, on the uncanny long finish. Even though the dosage level is low the fruit is so pristine you don’t even realize it. This Champagne is sourced from vines in the heart of Marne River valley from the domains oldest vine plot called "Les Bouts de la Ville" Aged 36 months in their cellars.
