EFW -Domaine Tempier is one of the few estates in Bandol that is still family owned. Started in 1834 they have not changed their mindset since. The Mourvedre for the Bandol Rose comes from vines with an average age of 20 years old from select parcels. The yields for the vines selected are low giving the wine an unmatched concentration but in the style of the Domaine, they aim for a higher acidity to keep the wines 'fresh'. Domaine Tempier Bandol Rose is undoubtably one of the most serious still rose's in the world. With an complexity of minearality, spices, and red fruits it is not just a summer day drinking wine, it is an any day one. It can also age well we have had examples a couple years old that were still stunning! The wine is in stock now stock up for summer!
