Fermentation occurs with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled concrete, where the wine ages for ten months before bottling. The purity of the fruit here is outstanding; fresh red fruits dominate the nose, accompanied by a touch of spice and minerals. The palate is juicy and energetic, featuring delicious red fruits that come through with easy tannins and a long, fruity finish.
