We have had a few clients take a flier on a jar and end up coming back and buying more, so we grabbed the last that our supplier had. This will be the last chance on these jams since they are a seasonal product only available in limited quantities. We have a limited amount of these incredible small-batch seasonal Preserves from Gentile. Gentile has been a Pastifico or pasta maker since 1876, with their old factory built right into a hillside, and while the pasta is their mainstay, they grow a limited amount of fruits and vegetables on their estate each year. As she is known, "Mother Maria" is the creator of these seasonal preserves made from the fresh estate fruit and is supported by the family's daughters. Learning from Mother Maria, the girls process all of the fruits within hours of harvest to create the freshest, most flavorful, and delicious preserves possible. These have a perfect balance of sweetness and are made using whole fruits and cane sugar. A great gift or addition to your morning breakfast routine; these aren't just for bread and can be used in various desserts, baked goods, and even craft cocktails. These preserves are very rare, and we have some of the only jars from Gentile available in the USA. Gentile only produces a limited amount each year, so once we sell out, that will be it until the next harvest.

Lemon Marmalade
The biggest surprise of the three, this is made with Lemons from the Sorrento Peninsula. Sorrento lemons have a very bright, fruity flavor, are very fragrant, and carry a lot more oil in the rind than other lemons. The is the main ingredient for Lemon Cello; these lemons make an excellent marmalade. Zippy with mouthwatering acidity, thin slices of rind give it a tart pop and is perfectly sweetened. Great on different breakfast items, and can also be used in craft cocktails, confections, and even as part of a marinade for chicken and fish.

Orange Marmalade
Made with Sorrento Oranges, which are golden yellow in color and have a slightly warmer, juicy, and less tart taste with a thick rind. This is a more mellow flavor and doesn't have the intensity of the lemon. The Mediterranean influence is noticeable here with less acidity with a ripe and bold orange flavor. An Italian twist on a classic. Great with cheese, this is too works well with baked goods, cocktails and marinades.

Organic Strawberry Jam
Made with Biodynamic Strawberries, this is the best Strawberry Jam's we have tried. Picked at peak ripeness, this is cooked down into a fresh and beautiful slurry of rich, bright strawberries with the perfect amount of sweetness and acidity. Unbelievably delicious, one could eat this straight from the jar, and is excellent on baked goods, cheese plates, and cocktails.
