AR Lenoble celebrated is 100th birthday this year, a tremendous milestone for a Champagne house of this size. This brother and sister Duo has produced some of our favorite Champagnes over the years, and their Blanc de Blancs is a sensational bottle. Lenoble takes great pride in the biodiversity of their vineyards, which they keep organic, leaving the grass to grow between the vines to limit yields naturally and have had beehives in the vineyards for almost ten years. The base vintage here is 2015, which is partially fermented in oak and sees 45% reserve wine with a very low 2g/l dosage. AR Lenoble's Blanc de Blancs is as intense as it is precise and is one of those styles that gives a little bit of everything. Minerality, fruit, richness, laser-like acidity, and balance, Jancis Robinson called the 14 almost as good as Cristal, and the 16 looks to be as good.
