While the blend slightly varies, it follows this recipe, 40-45% Pinot Noir, 40-45% Chardonnay, and 10-15% Pinot Meunier. Aging takes place on the lees and in the bottle for a combined time of 3 years. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with a nicely concentrated core of fruit, racy acids and a fine mousse, concluding with a saline finish."
