As we have said before, the wines from Girardin offer incredible values from some of the best appellations in Burgundy. We have another great one here today, and as far as white Burgundies go from the low-yielding 2021 vintage, this is the best buy we have come across. Sourced from multiple parcels across the Cote de Beaune the St. Vincent shows incredible aromatics of yellow fruits, soil tones, and liquid minerals. There is lovely depth and persistence here finishing up lots of dry extracts. It's another exceptional value from Vincent Giradin, and while it is only a Bourgogne, it competes with some of the best out there at nearly half the price. we negotiated a special price for this offer to keep this under the $30 mark, and it's one of the few available from this vintage at this price. This is a great cellar saver or house pour and comes highly recommended.
