What does it mean when a wine is sold as pre-arrival?
We go straight to the top suppliers around the world. When we find an exceptional wine at an unbeatable price, we bring that offer straight to you. With no middleman, we import the wine directly to our warehouse where it's available for pickup or shipping to you.This allows us to offer wine at prices considerably lower prices than those available in the domestic market. It also means the wine is not immediately available. Delivery dates vary from 3-6 months depending on the release and import of the wine.It's worth the wait, we promise. Imagine Christmas morning in July. That's the feeling when pre-arrival wines show up on your doorstep.
How long does it take for pre-arrival wines to arrive?
This depends on the supplier and import schedule. Delivery dates vary from 3-6 months. We will provide an estimated delivery date and will notify you when the wines arrive in our warehouse.
How can I place an order?
The easiest and fastest way to place an order is through the website. Orders can also be placed directly via phone and email.
How do you allocate wines with high demand and low supply?
Orders are processed based on a first-come, first-served model with a nod to less for more. We want each customer to enjoy at least one bottle of our highly-allocated wines. We evaluate each offer based on a customer's frequency, recency, and tenure as a customer.
By default our inventory ships in recycled cardboard "pulp" shippers.
When weather, in your area, dips below 38 or above 78; we switch to foam insulation for your orders.

Flat rate shipping
We created this option to streamline our checkout process for items you want sent immediately. Selecting this option tells us the order you place, at that time, needs to ship as soon as possible.
Flat rate shipping does not apply to previously placed orders, inventory not associated to that specific order number, or items being held through winter or summer.
If you paid for flat rate shipping and would like us to ship your item during a specific time please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of purchase.
Consolidate with existing orders
This option exists for those who want to ship multiple orders together. Providing us an opportunity to forward savings on to our customers by delivering your in stock orders, in less cartons, at the same time.

Short term storage
As a boutique distributor we care about getting you the product you have ordered, but also understand that you may not be able to receive your inventory immediately.
Keeping your wines stored in a safe manner is important to us. We are diligently housing inventory at 55° F and 65% humidity. As a courtesy we will hold your wines for up to 6 months at no charge*. Storage fees may incur after this time period.
We are equally dedicated to sourcing new inventory for you to enjoy. Making sure we have the available space is key in order for us to source new items.
