Based in the village of Saint-Aubin, this Domaine was established in 1989 and has grown to encompass around 9 hectares of vineyards, meticulously cultivated under the guidance of Sylvain Langoureau and his wife Nathalie. The Langoureau family practices sustainable viticulture, avoiding chemical treatments and employing traditional winemaking techniques. Their commitment to quality and respect for the land is evident in their complex, elegant wines, which have garnered recognition and respect in the wine community. Langoureau specializes in impeccably crafted white wines that are focused, mineral-driven, pure, and expressive, and the En Remilly is an outstanding example of their work. En Remilly is one of the greatest sites in Saint Aubin, often seen as a continuation of Chassagne, located not far from Le Montrachet proper, and is a fantastic offering from Langoureau. Focused, with good concentration and an excellent dynamic of richness and acidity, this is a very worthy En Remilly and one of the best white Burgundy you can get your hands on this vintage, for the price!
