This is another big scoring wine from Lato with the fruit coming from Two Wolves Winery in Santa Barbara. Paul has sourced fruit from here for a few vintages but 2021 is the absolute best example of this Sauvignon Blanc by far and one of the Top Central Coast Sauvignon Blancs this vintage. I would drink bottles over the coming couple of years while the fruit is vibrant and fresh, yet I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see this have an interesting evolution over the coming decade.
