Founded in 2010, Vinos en Voz Baja is situated in the heart of Spain's renowned Rioja region, encompassing 25 hectares of meticulously cultivated vineyards. The Costumbres Blanco is 100% organically farmed Viura from Clay-Loam soil. The wine is fermented with natural yeasts and spends about eight months in older oak barrels. The result here is stunning, with lovely aromas of white flowers, peach, pear, macadamia nuts, and lychee. The palate is vibrant and focused, with tons of dry extract and lovely salinity. A true standout and we are the only shop in the USA that currently has this wine.
