The Flagship wine of Drouin’s Oregon Domaine, Laurene, is named after the oldest Daughter of Veronique Drouhin. This is a serious wine with an uncanny nod to the Drouin’s hometown of Burgundy. Hand-picked Estate grown fruit, destemmed, and fermented with wild yeast, and aged with minimal new oak. Easily one of the top Pinots in Oregon displaying intense aromatics, excellent concentration, and impeccable balance. Cuvee Laurene is as classicly influenced as Pinot Noir from Oregon comes and should age very well. 2017 also marks the second vintage that Laurene has completed by herself after a fantastic success in 2016.
