Sourced from 30-55-year-old vines planted on Jurassic soils with broken stones and limestone grit over a deep clay matrix, this wine highlights the domaine's terroir-driven philosophy, which manages 30 hectares across the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. The 2022 vintage benefited from slightly warmer weather, yielding concentrated, ripe fruit with balanced acidity. A mix of red and blue fruit, accented by excellent soil character and a touch of spice, defines the profile, offering surprising depth and a lush yet energetic mouthfeel. The wine's acidity brightens the fruit, complemented by well-integrated tannins and a polished, long finish.
