The current release from Guillemot the Gravins here is among the best examples in Savigny, and we have low pricing today. As we have said before, Guillemot ranks as one of our favorite Savigny addresses, using eight generations of experience to produce classic Burgundy. The 2022 is a fantastic vintage at Guillemot and this is one of the best that they have made in recent years and is on par with Pavelot. Gravains is located right next to Savigny's other great premier crus, including Lavieres and Serpentieres. It has the Guillemot signature of impressive terroir expression with the classic Savigny minerality, softened by a refined and elegant style. While the vines here are on the younger side, with time, and is better than the Serpentieres this vintage. There are few premier crus left in Burgundy that are this reasonably priced anymore, and while pricing has increased slightly, it's still a great buy for the category. This is textbook Savigny, and we have some of the only bottles available right now.
