Robert de Pampighac is located in Epernay, where they source fruit from the nearby vineyards. Champagne, Robert de Pampighac, has been around for several generations and makes exceptional Champagnes for the money. The style is quite discreet with aromas of white flowers, brioche, apple, and minerals. The palate is rich and full with citrus notes dominating, accepted by minerals, chalk, dry extract, and balanced acidity. The dosage is around 8g/l, but I feel this works well with the style. This is the perfect mid-week Champagne, house pour, and perfect for any festivities really where you are looking for bubbles that will appeal to the masses. We might never see a Champagne deal like this again, so it's a great time to stock up!
