Joseph Voillot is one of the great producers based in Volnay, making some of the most long-lived, terroir-focused, and classic wines in Pommard and Volnay. These are very structured old-school examples that come from old vine holdings and have been some of our favorites over the years. Today, we have a late release of the 2018 Pezerolles at original release pricing, which is an exceptional wine and the best example of Pezeolles ever from Voillot. These bottles are in perfect condition, and while this has the structure for a decade or more in the cellar, it is showing quite well now and is one of the best buys for back vintage Premier Cru at the moment.
