Hubert is one of the Old Guard producers of Burgundy. His hands-off approach in the cellar and excellent old vine holdings have been the source of some of our favorite wines in Burgundy. Symboise is one of the newest additions to the Lignier lineup. Made with some of the younger vines on the property, and while it's not an old vine selection this comes from, some great terroirs and the name Symbiose (symbiosis) highlights this close connection. It is a fantastic Bourgogne with a sense of place for Old World fans, but it also has fruit to appease New World drinkers. It's the best of both worlds, and we have low pricing today.
