Today we have the first offer of a new cuvee from Legras, the Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut. This is the same Champagne as the much loved Blanc de Blancs Brut but has a much lower dosage at 3 g/l. We have been asking them to make a lower dosage Champagne for many years now, and finally, they did it, and we couldn't be more excited.
