This Brut blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay comes from estate Premier Cru vineyards, with the base wine from a recent vintage complemented by two consecutive older reserve vintages. Vinified and aged entirely in large oak foudres for 10 months, without malolactic fermentation, it captures the house’s signature combination of depth, texture, and freshness. The Grande Réserve is a consistent cuvée, showcasing the Vilmart style while capitalizing on the strengths of the vintages used.
